Dr. Drew Smith

Dr. Smith was raised in Seattle, Washington where he enjoyed outdoor recreation and Mariner’s baseball. As an undergraduate student at Brigham Young University (BYU), he completed his bachelor’s degree in history in addition to the pre-dental curriculum. Following graduation from BYU, Dr. Smith moved to Boston, Massachusetts, with his spouse, Madeleine, to begin his studies at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

During his years at Tufts, Dr. Smith made the Dean’s list, received the Endowed Prize Fund for Excellence in Periodontology and Prosthodontics, and upon graduation was inducted into the Honos Civicus Society for outstanding community service and leadership.

Since graduating Dr. Smith has pursued additional certification in treating tongue ties to combat impairments in speech, feeding, and sleep. He currently serves on the advisory board for Great Falls College Dental Hygiene Program and is proud to be the only provider in the state who has contracted to complete deployment readiness exams for Reservists and members of the National Guard. Dr. Smith is also the only provider in Montana, currently contracted with the VA to help Veterans receive dental related disability benefits.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Smith enjoys volunteering as a youth advisor to teens with his local congregation, fishing, and hunting with his English setter, Violet.
