The Hygiene Team

Ann
Dental Hygienist
Since joining Hyalite Family Dental in 1999, Ann has had the opportunity to form many beautiful relationships with her patients- and she feels that is what makes her job so rewarding. Hailing from Deer Lodge, Montana, Ann attended Montana Tech in Butte before transferring to Sheridan College to complete her dental hygiene curriculum. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene, Ann practiced for a year in South Dakota before returning to her home state. Over the years, Ann has loved her time spent volunteering with Gallatin Dental Alliance, AHEC School Screening Program, Special Olympics Special Smiles and Dentistry From the Heart. In 2017, she was the recipient of the Montana Dental Hygienists’ Association Community Service Award for the Bozeman Area. Outside of work, Ann enjoys hiking, thrift shopping, garage saling and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Cathy
Dental Hygienist
Cathy is a Montana Native and received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Carroll College in Dental Hygiene in 1985. Following graduation, she practiced in Canada for 6 years, Missoula for 9 years, and has worked in the Gallatin Valley for the last 23 years. Cathy has loved making a career as a Dental Hygienist and creating lasting friendships with her patients. “Providing care for my patients that makes a difference with their whole health has been very rewarding.”
Cathy and her husband Dave have 3 children. They love spending time in the Seeley Swan Valley, boating, fishing, swimming and generally having fun at the lake! Winter activities also keep Cathy and her family busy skiing the local hills. She enjoys cheering on her daughter, Aimelyn, in club volleyball and watching their son, Aidan, set new records in pole vault for Carroll College. Cathy and Dave are also grateful to have their son, Andrew and his wife Emily, make their home in Bozeman.

Erica
Dental Hygienist
Erica is originally from Idaho but has made the Gallatin Valley her home for over 15 years. She graduated from the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls, with an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and Dental Assisting. After assisting in a dental office for many years, she decided to further her education in the dental profession. In 2009 she received her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from Apollo College in Boise, Idaho. As a hygienist she loves meeting new people and educating them about the importance of good oral health. She is very passionate about how oral health pertains to the whole body. She has had the opportunity to volunteer and help with many programs such as Dentistry from the Heart, Homeless Connect, Special Olympics and a mission trip to Africa.
Outside of work Erica loves to travel. She enjoys yoga, Reiki, camping, backpacking, hiking, cross country skiing, and hot springs. She enjoys living in Montana for the outdoor opportunities it has to offer. Above all, she really enjoys a good cup of coffee and spending quality time with her Boston terrier Oliver.
